There are a ton of brands out in the market and yes some are priced more expensive than the other one for a reason. This blog would help you out with all the information you need to educate yourself on things such as when to replace, where to buy or even how to replace it! I will also be plugging in all things vacuum related so don’t be fooled by the URL I will talk about all things vacuums not just the bags!

So firstly I think I should talk about the importance of replacing your vacuum bags. I think often people have a misconception of vacuums thinking that they can just push the machine back and forth and assume that all the dust and dirt will just automatically be cleaned. You have to understand that vacuums are designed to operate on a certain way and dust and dirt took its sweet ass time to get into the carpet, a swift back and forth motion would not clean it instantaneous!! At the end of the day it’s still a machine and you got to let the machine do its work!

Ok first off let’s talk about the most common vacuums the uprights. These are now relatively inexpensive and can do a good job if used properly. Upright are usually easier to use, while canister vacuums need more time to setup. Other than that both of them operate in very similar ways. Their core function is to draw dirt and then proceed to blow them into the bag simple as that.

So what happens when the dust bag is full, obviously you would have to replace it, but to give you a real nasty picture envision this, in an upright model when the vacuum bags are full the vacuum is still blowing and what happens? The dirt and the air around it would still be blowing everywhere BUT the vacuum bags. So you may ask ok, in that case why I don’t just get those cheap low quality bags, well mainly because they don’t properly breathe right off the bat. The purpose of a vacuum is to suck in dust and dirt, not to disperse them around your home!

I think that should be enough today, I don’t want to scare you off too soon, be sure to stick around and I will drop more relevant information on vacuum bags!
